This lovely pair of Dalian vases are not as you might think made from Murano or even Italian! They were marketed under the brand Snowflake and made by the Dalian Glass Co. Ltd. - from China!

This range was produced between the 1950's - 1980's, with the style clearly taken from mid-century modern Italian glass. The ethereal, smoke-like swirls, spots and patches are unique on each piece.
