Spring has arrived and along with it comes our fantastic new decorative items!
Although the cold and dark days that Winter brings can certainly feel endless, at last, Spring has arrived bringing with it some very welcome milder weather, lighter mornings and evenings, and wildlife emerging from a long rest. But mostly we love this time of year as everything is starting to bloom again and we can once again put those vases to good use!

St David’s Day – Celebrating Welsh Blankets
We are also celebrating St David’s Day this month and so we thought it a great opportunity to give our fabulous Welsh blankets a mention! Not only are they eye-catchingly beautiful and incredibly hard-wearing (hence you can buy them as vintage); they were also traditionally representative of one’s family and were often given as wedding gifts. This was because of the strong ties between family-run woollen mills and the blankets durability, which symbolised a stable family life and subsequently the blankets became a treasured family heirloom.
